Terms and Conditions

  • Prices are charged on a per square foot basis. Please let us know the size (length and breadth) of your carpets so we can give you an indicative price. 
  • We will measure your carpets/rugs on the spot and confirm the price of cleaning. Advance payment to be made during pick up in cash or bank transfer. We will process your order upon receiving your payment. 
  • Usual processing time for carpets/rugs is 10-12 days, excluding Sat, Sun and PH. Do allow extra 1-2 days to arrange for pick up/delivery. Our schedule is usually packed during festive periods, so we seek your patience and understanding as we try our best to accommodate your requests.
