On the day of pick up, we will assess your laundry, highlight issues and recommend the appropriate treatment method for them.

We will inspect the items on the spot, weigh them and calculate the bill. Full payment by NETS or Bank transfer is requested on the day of pick up. ​

Book a date for delivery/installation. We will update you on the progress of your order and send a reminder prior to this date. ​
