KEEP CALM AND LAUNDRY ON was built from a mix of passion for driving and an understanding that doing laundry is not everyone's cup of tea (it's ours though)! We want to help people free up time from laundry chores to attend to things that matter more to them - bonding with family and friends, pursuing interests and aspirations, or simply catching up on rest. 

WHAT WE BELIEVE IN. Everyone should have the dignity of clean clothes, and we want to build a business to help serve this need. 

We believe that above value-for-money, convenience and dependable quality, people also value sincerity and trust. We see each pick up and delivery as a time to build genuine, lasting relationships with our customers. Over time, friendships developed, and that's what keeps us going -  it is always a pleasure and privilege to meet our friends!​​

I don't even know where to begin... My husband and just moved to Singapore from the Middle East, we were so excited to finally have our household items. As our belongings were unloaded off the moving truck we were surprised to find that each of our wardrobe boxes had been damaged with water, causing mold to settle into our entire wardrobe. I have never come across a more professional laundry organization that not only picks up from and delivers to your place but also keeps the prices affordable. What makes it especially endearing is they have never ever missed a delivery schedule, never once compromised on quality and the trust and excellent customer experience is beyond words. With me using laundry services quite often, and having experienced bad customer service elsewhere, this place is Godsend! No more lugging soiled clothes to the laundry and worse still precariously getting the laundered clothes back home (usually with a four year old tagging along)!! With their convenient home pickup / delivery option, it saves a lot of time. Moreover, they do this as an enhanced customer service at no extra cost. Laundry service by Keep Calm and Laundry On was such a breeze. We contacted Cheleen via WhatsApp, she was responsive and helpful as we were not sure about certain things. The delivery/collection was also a smooth process and not only were they flexible to suggested timings, they were also on time with their delivery/collection. The wash and fold laundry service really took a load off our shoulders during confinement month. The bag supplied could really pack in quite a bit of laundry! Pick up and delivery were so convenient and we saved so much time from the usual laundry we would do at home. Turn around time was about 2 days which was helpful. Extra care was taken by the staff to check with their technical guys if a particular piece of curtain which was torn should still be washed or returned to us. Based on the fabric of our sofa covers (suede like material), it was advisable to dry clean them instead of the normal wash so that shrinkage would be avoided. No wonder we struggled to put our sofa covers back on when we last had them laundered elsewhere.
