On the day of pick up, we will assess your jacket or suit, highlight issues and recommend the appropriate dry cleaning treatment method for them.
We will ensure your jacket or suit is able to be dry cleaned first, and calculate the full bill (plus any transportation costs). Full payment by NETS or Bank transfer is requested on the day of pick up. ​
Book a date for delivery/installation. We will update you on the progress of your jacket or suit and send a reminder prior to this date. ​
